The Senior match Day levy includes a £2.50 contribution towards cricket teas. If a particular cost of a cricket tea is greater than £2.50 then the additional cost must be paid for by all players.

Players are still encouraged to participate in club fund-raising affairs in a number of ways:

• Serving on a committee to organise a social event.

• Selling a ‘cricket card’ during or after a home match.

• Taking responsibility for a match tea.

• Any other activity approved by the committee.
